I can help by offering you a kind, non-judgemental space where we can gently work together through any issues you may be experiencing. I work with both individuals and couples and am able to offer you short and long term therapy. I'm a GSRD (gender, sexual and relationship diversity) therapist and my approach is person-centred, meaning that our sessions are led by you at your pace.
I'm a fully qualified LGBTQIA+ counsellor, working within the queer community, offering a safe, confidential space. We can look at matters such as sexuality, gender, anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationships, domestic abuse, disability and trauma. Our sessions together will be relaxed and unpressurised.
