At times we can experience tremendous challenges and it can be difficult to see a way forward. Counselling can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process and explore the things that are having an impact on your life and help you to navigate through any difficulties you may be facing with the professional support of somebody outside of your circle. Counselling can also create a time for you to get to know yourself better, reflect on personal experiences and provide you with tools to make changes which can have a positive impact.
I work in a person-centred/integrative way, drawing on a range of theoretical methods and techniques to tailor each session to your individual needs. We may use creative techniques to explore feelings and ideas if this is suitable for you. I am also currently offering online and telephone sessions for those that are unable to meet face to face.

I am also able to offer a limited number of sessions at a concessionary rate for those on a low income, please feel free to enquire about availability.
