I help people with issues which affect everyday life - eg, low mood or self esteem, anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship issues, communication, conflict resolution. I work with individuals and couples. My approach is based on 30+ years of psychology and counselling studies and work with organisations such as Relate and the Samaritans.
I use a variety of counselling techniques, tailored to your needs. You can talk confidentially at your own pace about your issues. I'll help you to understand your feelings, explore solutions, and work towards any goals. Sessions are 60 minutes long - by phone (individuals only) or video call (individuals, couples or pairs)
