Hello, I'm Katy. I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, meaning my approach is entirely focused on your individual needs. I offer a confidential, caring and empathic space free from judgement to explore the issues that are affecting your wellbeing and impacting your daily life. Perhaps you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed and finding it difficult to see a way forward. I would like to offer a safe and comfortable environment to work through those challenges together. Therapy can help you gain further awareness of who you are, help you make the most of your life and harness your inner strength.
I have had the priviliege of working with men and women with a range of emotional issues to access their innate value and sense of self-worth. I have worked with many emotional issues; from anxiety, stress, anger, loss, relationship issues, ptsd, trauma and disability.
I offer an initial free 15 minute consultation online via Google Meet to find out more about therapy. This will help me understand more about what issues you are facing and how I may be able to help. Following this, we will book an initial session to discuss more about what brings you to therapy.
