At Clearpath Counselling & Psychotherapy, I offer 1-1 Counselling and Psychotherapy to adults (16+) where we will work together at your pace. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you find a way forward and heal from your personal experiences. With my support as a Psychotherapist with a background in Psychology, you can learn more about yourself and grow from your experiences by gaining a deeper understanding of how to live life to your full potential. I am fully qualified in Person-Centred Counselling with experience working with clients from all walks of life and their personal difficulties.
I offer a non-judgemental safe space where you can talk freely to get through tough times and come out stronger at the other end. I will help you to explore your issues and find answers from within yourself. Our time together will allow you to thrive and feel empowered, leaving you more in control and optimistic about your future.
Life events and personal circumstances can sometimes leave us struggling. Coping on our own can be difficult and we may need a little extra support to help manage these hard times.
