Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Taking those first steps can be daunting and difficult. Sometimes we can feel stuck and unsure where to start, I offer face to face, online or telephone counselling to work through what you are feeling at the moment.

Counselling is face to face in a lovely room located at the bottom of my garden.

I have ten years experience as a integrative counsellor, which means I am trained in different modalities of counselling. These being Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Person Centred and Transactional Analysis. I blend these methods, which enables me to work with a range of issues. My work has been extensive in trauma, attachment, depression and anxiety.

My experience has been in a mixed addiction setting for eighteen months. A female setting for three and a half years. A male prison for three and a half years. Online work for one year and I now work full time in my practice Kc counselling.
