Life can feel very complicated and challenging which at times will impact on our mental health and how we feel about things. Trying to unravel those feelings on our own can feel impossible. There are many reasons someone will speak to a counsellor; may be you are struggling with anxiety, depression or panic attacks. You might be going through relationship difficulties, bereavement or a change in your circumstances. Or may be you are struggling with things that have happened in your past that you can't let go of. Being able to trust me is at the core of the success of the counselling relationship. My role is to create that environment for you to be able to trust me with whatever is going on for you right now. My priority is ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable within the counselling sessions.
