I am a qualified and highly experienced UKCP Accredited Counselling Psychotherapist working with adults, couples and groups. I believe that therapy should be an empowering process for each client, therefore taking a collaborative, client-focused approach which respects diversity and difference is essential for an effective therapeutic process.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety & stress, neurodiversity (ADHD, autism), low self-esteem, relationship and commitment issues, family dynamics, addictions, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, bereavement & loss, trauma & PTSD, women's health (PMDD, menopause).
