COUPLES: My role as a Couple’s Counsellor is to support you both in noticing repeating patterns and to re-establish communication and empathy.
Whether working with individuals or couples, I believe in the power of compassion and I will listen with an open mind and heart to your experience. This can be a powerful, holding experience and can help to increase your own self-compassion which can have ripple effects throughout your life.
I work with a range of clients with a variety of needs (such as anxiety, low mood, depression, relationship issues and ADHD) but have a great deal of experience working with bereavement and loss. In Couple's work, we can explore intimacy, attachment styles, conflict resolution, affairs, communication and blended families.
