I work in a client-centred way, tailoring my approach to your needs, while creating a safe space to explore whatever you need to explore. This may include working with dreams or sand tray depending on your wishes. I am neurodiversity affirming and have experience working with autism and ADHD.
After you contact me, we will arrange an initial session to see if you are comfortable working with me. We will then arrange a mutually convenient weekly slot either on an open ended basis or for a more focused period of time, depending on your needs which we can discuss when we meet.
