Hello, I’m Kate. I am a qualified Psychotherapist specialising in anxiety, depression and women's related issues. This encompasses many of the challenges we face today like societal pressures, career struggles, low self esteem, finding or maintaining meaningful, healthy relationships. I have wide experience with those who identify as women on varying journeys of motherhood, including fertility struggles or being childless by choice, birth trauma or PND, and all the heavy emotions that can accompany those journeys. We can explore the impact these have on your day-to-day life and navigate a way through to a place of empowerment.
The therapeutic experience is a freeing journey that encourages you to channel your energy into being the best version of yourself where you can learn to love, care, nourish and respect yourself authentically. While working through your thought process, I will give you strategies to help you move towards becoming your authentic self with self love.
No matter what you bring to therapy you will receive empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard, providing you with the safe space required to heal from past traumas, or find the clarity to get through current crisis or overwhelm.
