I work with an integrative approach, combining psychodynamic & person-centred theory, as well as more somatic and creative elements, informed by my training and work as an actor. Everyone has their own way of seeing the world; my priority is using my creative and integrative approach to discover your unique experience and your vocabulary for expressing it.
The things that we talk about during sessions help give us clues about what underlying patterns might exist for you, which we can explore together. Our histories shape how we relate to others and respond to difficult situations, but this doesn’t have to be set in stone; there is room for change in all of us.
