My own experience of therapy has shown me that struggles can be a catalyst for change.
By building a trusting relationship with you and a safe space in which you can talk openly, without judgment, together we can explore the things that are troubling you and what you seek. I am a qualified integrative counsellor where I draw on a number of different approaches - emotional, spiritual, relational, physical - that are appropriate to your needs.
I offer on-line and face to face therapy so am able to work with you for as long as you wish, wherever you are located. I live and work on a farm in the countryside in Oxfordshire. I believe our environment can impact our wellbeing. Being so closely connected to nature offers a peacefulness and groundedness which you are welcome to share when we are able
