Are you feeling stuck and in need of support? Perhaps you've noticed patterns in your life that no longer serve you, or you're dealing with difficult experiences that you'd like help processing. Maybe the anxiety you have managed for so long is becoming overwhelming. Whatever you're facing, my goal is to offer a safe, confidential space where we can explore your concerns together. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, we can work toward helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor (Level 5, MNCPS Acc.), which means I use a mix of counselling approaches, carefully tailored to fit the needs of each client. I often base our work on Compassion Focused Therapy which helps reduce feelings of self-criticism and low self-esteem that can often accompany difficult life experiences.
I'd be happy to work with you to explore your challenges and support you in working towards your personal therapy goals. I specialise in working with adults and currently offer online zoom sessions on Tuesdays.
