I am a psychologist trained in Greece and a UKCP registered Systemic Family and Couples therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, families & couples in various psychological services in the NHS, while I am running a private practice. I am trained in various evidence-based approaches, but I tend to tailor my approach based on my clients needs and in collaboration with them. I believe our relationships is a mirror through which we see ourselves and the world around us and I tend to use a relational lens in my work, which also aligns with my extensive training in psychotherapy.
I specialize in psychological trauma & PTSD as well a its implications in relationships as well as in perinatal mental health and the changes that couples and families go through in their relationship. I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Self Harm, Relationship, Family & Couples Issues, Identity issues, Loss & Bereavement, Employment issues
I am passionate in helping people to identify and change unhelpful patterns & the way people show up for themselves and in their relationships in a way that feels authentic enough in order to create change. In therapy we re-author stories we hold about ourselves & our relationships to we create alternative stories that make sense to who people aspire to be.
