I am passionate about working collaboratively with individuals who may be experiencing a range of emotional difficulties, creating a safe and containing space for reflection and discussion. Working towards goals that enable them to live a life aligning with their core values, my clients recognise their mental health and self-care as paramount and seek to explore and improve their wellbeing within a safe, confidential therapeutic relationship. They might be experiencing low mood, anxiety or trauma-related symptoms, seeking relief from their distress as well as support in moving towards a more fulfilling life.
I am an HCPC-registered clinical psychologist, providing individually tailored therapy depending on each client’s needs. I have a particular interest in maternal and perinatal mental health, and working with adults experiencing a range of difficulties such as depression, anxiety and trauma-related symptoms. I can offer EMDR, CBT & compassion-focused therapy.
Creating a safe, supportive space for discussion and reflection is crucially important to me, as is ensuring that your needs, goals and values are always truly heard, held and validated throughout our work together.
