I am a person-centred counsellor, taking an integrative approach, pulling in elements of other therapeutic models, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and attachment theory, depending on the needs of each individual client. I work with individuals and couples and offer a warm, supportive and adaptive service.
Taking the first step can be very difficult. It can feel overwhelming to know where to start and even to choose a therapist to contact. If you decide to reach out, I will try to make this first step as comfortable as possible for you and I offer a free 30 minute session, either F2F or by phone, so that you can determine if I am a good fit for you.
