My practice is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Establishing a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and non-judgment, I provide a safe and confidential space where clients can freely express themselves, fostering a sense of comfort. The exploration of past experiences, especially in childhood, uncovers patterns, unresolved conflicts, and underlying emotional struggles. My practice encourages self-reflection and the development of insight into one's inner world.

Through deep exploration, clients gain awareness of their unconscious motivations, defense mechanisms, and recurring patterns, facilitating personal growth and change. Psychodynamic counselling focuses on long-term transformation rather than quick-fix solutions.

Personal growth takes time and commitment and through consistent therapy, clients can cultivate lasting change and develop a more fulfilling life. I currently hold in person appointments in Carshalton and will accept enquiries from those wishing to be seen in Banstead. Both locations offer comfortable and safe spaces within easy reach of public transport.
