Together we will work using tools and techniques to support you to make changes. As we build a trusting, confidential and genuine relationship we will determine what your needs and goals are. We will agree a flexible approach using psychotherapeutic counselling and or hypnotherapy, and maybe some coaching, taking one step at a time.
With over 7 years of experience in my private practice, I specialise in grief and loss, health, anxiety, and stress management, and can also support a wider range of issues or concerns. If you are feeling stuck, have fears or phobias, have experienced trauma, overwhelm or confusion, now could be the time to talk to someone.
