I work with adults and adolescents, providing a safe and compassionate environment where you feel comfortable to talk about any aspect of yourself or your life that is troubling you. I work in Herts, Beds and Bucks and offer on-line therapy (Zoom/Skype/video WhatsAPP), evening and weekend apps. available.
Many people suffer for years with problems that keep recurring without understanding why or knowing how they can heal from past or present wounds. I would like to work with you to explore what is going on for you, to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings and to facilitate you in developing a greater understanding of yourself.
I have helped with all kinds of issues, including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, self-harm, grief, stress, chronic long-term disabilities.
