I would like to work with you to explore what is going on for you, to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings and to facilitate you in developing a greater understanding of yourself.
I have helped with all kinds of f issues, including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, self-harm, grief, stress, chronic long-term disabilities.
