I'm Karen Reed, founder of free2bucounselling. Our brains sustain our existence & survival, but also have an enormous potential to cause havoc; becoming our worst enemy, harshest critic, & playing the cruellest tricks that can cause mental health unrest. If you think or feel like you're struggling, overwhelmed, a bit bogged down, anxious, perhaps just not yourself these days, I'd like to help & support you through it.
I'm here to offer support to people going through many different, difficult & distressing experiences, including PTSD, trauma, loss & bereavement, anxiety, stress, & low mood. I've completed rigorous formal training, that said; I truly believe that valuable learning & compassion comes from life itself. I am human & I hope you experience a sense of that.
