Hi My name is Karen, and I am a fully qualified MBACP integrative psychotherapist. I work in Belfast and Dungannon doing face to face as well as online. As an integrative therapist, I have studied a variety of counselling modalities, including CBT, Person Centred, Psychodynamic, I like to know that I am working for you in the best way possible, treating you as an individual. Not all approaches are effective for everyone, so having the background and knowledge allows me to tailor your experience so that you get the most out of our time together.
I have worked with a variety of clients and have helped integrate back into the working and social environment, helping with issues such as, trauma, abuse, isolation, anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief and loss to mention a few.
