Often life can become overwhelming making you feel stuck, scared and unable to cope. You may feel alone and unable to share your personal feelings with family and friends. I have worked as a healthcare professional for 25 years. I would like you to experience being listened to fully without judgement. I offer both long and short term counselling. I am an Accredited member of NCPS and a registered member of the BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their Ethical Framework. I am also qualified in online and telephone counselling.
I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I 'integrate' a variety of different therapeutic techniques and approaches to fit the individual needs of each client. As we are all unique, I will work collaboratively with you to discover which techniques will work best and which is most effective for you, enabling you to move forward in your life.
