Hi, I’m Karen and I am a qualified and experienced person-centred counsellor, having worked within a GP surgery and my private practice. I have experience of working with a wide range of client issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, illness, relationship and family issues, sexual identity, body image, bereavement and loss and many others. I am working one-to-one, long and short-term with individuals from the age of 16 years via telephone and the Zoom video conferencing app.
Coming to counselling is a positive choice to seek help from someone who is not involved in any other aspect of your life. I will listen, offer support and understanding, whilst at the same time be accepting of your values, attitudes and life-style in a non-judgmental way in an environment that is safe and confidential.
