My role is to accompany you on your journey, offering an empathic therapeutic relationship, full of attention and support. Sometimes I might challenge you, other times I would enable the safe and uncritical space for silence and contemplation, but always listening and offering reflections that will help you to find your way to a 'good enough' you.
