I am a fully qualified Gestalt counsellor with additional training in Person-centred therapy and CBT. I am a registered Autism Ambassador with Autism Hampshire. I provide a confidential, safe and non judgemental environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I can offer in-person sessions at my comfy and cosy office. also, online or telephone.
