I understand how life can sometimes feel like a heavy weight on your shoulders. From stress related to work, family, relationships, past trauma, childhood issues that you may feel have not been explored, sexuality, feelings of being misunderstood or not heard, loneliness, domestic violence, sexual abuse, PTSD, amongst many other issues that are important to you and will therefore become immediately important to me ,as your wellbeing is my main concern. I understand and I am here to listen to your thoughts and feelings and help you to explore your issues and help you with your achievable goals in our safe, confidential space.
I work using an integrative approach, I can help you to explore your issues at a pace that is comfortable for you. I can offer a non judgemental empathic approach to your needs. I am able to incorporate psychodynamic creative work ,REBT,CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centred Approach. Long term or short term therapy tailored to your individual needs.
I will not make decisions for you, however I can help facilitate you to make the changes that you want to make. We can explore your issues together in a safe confidential space, working at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I know how difficult it is to reach out, I am here to help make this process as easy and comfortable as I can for you.
