I help by giving you my complete attention in a confidential space. You can say whatever you need to say and feel what you need to feel, in your own time. I integrate both mind and body approaches to healing past and present hurts. I incorporate elements of coaching if appropriate, for when you are ready to move forward and get life back on track.
