Problems with a particular relationship is often what brings individuals and couples to relationship counselling and psychotherapy. As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist I offer a non judgmental space where we can think together about the interaction and the conflicts of this relationship, seek to understand the recurrent patterns of difficulties you are facing and resolve the underlying issues. Counselling and psychotherapy may involve exploring the past to the extent that it influences the present.
We would arrange one to three initial consultations where your concerns as a couple or an individual can be explored. If we find an agreement to work together you would then usually come on a weekly basis for 50min sessions at regular agreed time for as long as is helpful.
