We come to therapy for a myriad of reasons some of which may be; Anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, low confidence, low self-esteem, bullying in the work place and there are many more. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and pshchotherapist. Prior to obtaining my qualifications I worked in the corporate sector so have a great understanding of the effect work pressures can have on your personal life. I work very successfully with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and couples with relationship issues.
I can offer you the opportunity to talk and be listened to and explore all your thoughts and feelings and help you to discover a way through them. Through personal and professional experience I am able to understand and empathise with what it is like to feel lost, troubled, anxious, sad or scared.
