My aim is to help you to understand yourself and others through reflection, insight, and observations. I will listen to you sensitively, safely and without judgment and we will go at a pace that is right for you. We will work together to develop practical ways for you to move forward and face future challenges with a new strength and self-awareness.
I am a qualified and highly experienced practitioner (15 years) and offer a counselling service for individuals, couples, young people and families from my private practice room in Bury St Edmunds and on-line via Zoom. My passion is to support people to live happier and more fulfilling lives, with healthy relationships and a better understanding of yourself.
I work in a client-centred and integrative way, so that I can flexibly use the tools and methods that best suit each client. I use an experiential approach so that sessions are engaging, appropriate and inclusive and you will feel validated and understood.
