I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist providing therapy services in French and English in person in Peckham, London, and online. I offer a relaxed and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences and support you to reach a deeper self-understanding, develop your resilience and overcome the challenges you may be facing. As an integrative practitioner, I draw from a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, allowing for a truly collaborative and personalised approach to therapy, tailored to your preferences.
I will be support you in any of your therapeutic needs. I have a special interest in supporting clients with work challenges, relationship difficulties, pregnancy and parenting concerns, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures and identities. I have over twenty years of direct experience of the corporate world, and I am qualified as coach.
I have a relaxed, friendly and informal approach to therapeutic work, and enjoy creating a safe, open, and collaborative relationship with my clients. From exploring your past experiences to helping you come up with fresh, practical strategies for the future, I will work with you as a whole, complex individual, and adjust to your needs as they evolve.
