At some point in our lives we all need additional support to deal with personal issues and problems that affect our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Starting counselling can be difficult, however it is the first step to the support and guidance you need. As a client centered therapist I work on the concept that every client is an individual. I will work with you to improve the way you are thinking and feeling.
I am Integrated Counsellor working primarily in a Person Centered way integrating different theories into my work to maximise impact and support for my clients. There is no set limit for our work together. Some clients find that they only need a few sessions, whilst for others, therapy can take a little longer. I will work around your needs.
