I will support you with whatever situation is causing you distress by encouraging you to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions about the situation, the possible cause and the impact it is having on you. I will provide you with a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space to share your worries and fears in confidence. You will gain the opportunity to discover a better insight into yourself, your situation and the way you relate to others, helping you to identify your own solutions to the situation. This may range from acceptance of yourself or your situation to achieving an outcome which provides a new found inner happiness.
I am warm, calm, compassionate and genuine with a sense of humour. I work confidentially and respectfully, always putting your needs first. I have experience in counselling for a wide range of mental health issues and working with experiencers of domestic and sexual abuse.
