Hello! I’m Julie, a Person Centred Counsellor offering face-to-face sessions from Heswall Wirral. I also offer telephone and online sessions to those whom feel this is the better option for them, this also means I can offer therapy to people much further afield. If your feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, have low self esteem, it can feel like you are the only one and everyone else is moving forward except you. Within my practice I offer a professional, confidential and compassionate service and I believe that everyone has the capacity to look within themselves and develop happier perspectives within in their lives.
Your sessions are a safe space to speak openly, to explore your feelings, without feeling judged. You will be supported, heard & together we can explore what feels important to you and what may be holding you back from feeling your best self. I have worked with clients feeling anxious, stressed, separating, menopausal & other issues that affect wellbeing.
My career background is in counselling and employment coaching, I am passionate about mental health, well-being, empowering and motivating people to help them regain a healthier perspective on life.
