I believe in the importance of building a trusting relationship with my clients, so that we can work together towards effecting change and constructing meaningful relationships.
My work is informed by Psychodynamic and Existential approaches. That means you will explore your experiences based on unconscious conflicts and personal history to help understand some of your behavioural patterns and where they might have originated. There is also a focus on gaining a better understanding of your unique way of relating to the world.
In the first meeting, we will talk through your concerns. This gives us a chance to get to know each other a little, and understand if we are well-suited to work together.
