Through my work, I have found that integrating therapy and coaching accelerates progress for my clients. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, as each of them helps to uncover something new about ourselves. Building personal boundaries, sense of belonging, positive self-perception, dealing with work burnout and loss are often themes of my work.
