This is imperative to the therapeutic process and assists you to move forward. I have experience with a range of presentations including: anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship breakdown and more.
It is important that you feel at ease with whoever you work with and that we have a good 'connection'. We can build on rapport and trust, allowing you to make positive changes to make life more comfortable. I will guide you and offer you tools to help yourself.
