Hello and welcome. I believe clients do best when they experience respect, compassion and understanding for themselves and their situation. Whether you are facing a difficult experience, suffer with your emotions, or struggle with painful thoughts - I will look at you as a whole person. As an Integrative therapist, I work with you and I can tailor the therapy to your needs. I cannot promise a quick fix, but I am committed to helping you find your way, however long it takes.

I hold that we are social beings who need good relationships to thrive. We become unhappy when we lose someone, fear for a relationship or when we are lonely. Likewise, we can handle all sorts of stressful life events, as long as we have strong support. Sometimes though, the people around us do not understand, or cannot give us what we need.

I am experienced in assisting clients at times of crisis, loss, depression and anxiety. I specialise in relationship issues, e.g. with family, colleagues or friends. Sometimes we need help in relating to ourselves, as in building self-esteem or becoming assertive. If this sounds like something you want, I would like to be your partner in this.
