I am passionate about helping people heal, change and grow. I specialise in trauma, addictions, anxiety, inner critic, low self esteem and depression. I have an integrative and compassionate approach. I have trained in Transactional Analysis, a modality that is designed to be shared with the client to empower you, the client and help you understand your thinking, feelings and behaviour. Exploring the Parent, Adult and Child within.
Many of us have developed coping mechanisms for dealing with our emotions that were once very effective, usually in childhood, that no longer serve us well and need adjusting.
