My ideal client is someone who is ready to start the journey of self discovery in a safe and non judgmentaI space. I enjoy working with clients who are not really sure why they feel the way they do, but know that something is not quite right and feel the need to investigate this further. I have a particular interest and expertise in working with clients who have anxiety, depression, lack of self confidence and body image issues along with relationship difficulties. I work with clients to identify their needs and goals to create a unique personal treatment plan in order for them to reach their goals within a sensible time frame.
I am an experienced and qualified Psychotherapist. I provide professional and unique Counselling which is tailored to your issues, needs and goals. I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, lack of self confidence and relationship issues, grief and teenage issues.
Using the Person Centred Approach means that you are the most important person in my room. My relationship with you is key to our success as we work together to understand your issues. Each client is unique and wonderful, therefore, the treatment plan I create for you is specific to you and the issues that you bring to my Therapy Room.
