I am an integrative therapist and also a counselling trainer. My way of working offers attention to the whole of a person - emotions, mind, and body as well as the meanings made of experiences, so sessions are tailor made to suit individual clients. I work with your sense of your experience to meet the needs you have whatever these may be. I have experience of working with all common life issues and specialise in working with bereavement and the feelings, thoughts and changes this brings.
I bring a wealth of experience to my work and recognise the uniqueness of each individual who contacts me.
