I am a skilled Chartered Counselling Psychologist, with over 20 years of clinical experience. I specialise in many areas, including: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma recovery, self-harm, adolescent mental health (16+), workplace stress, relationship issues and psychedelic integration. I offer both online and in person appointments.
As well as being highly qualified and experienced in up-to-date, evidence-based psychological therapy, I am also a compassionate, empathic and dedicated practitioner who will support, challenge and encourage you to make meaningful changes in your life to benefit your well-being and confidence.
