Psychodynamic psychotherapy can provide an important, safe, confidential space to gain insight of our ourselves, our experiences and our difficulties. This can involve receiving help to identify, and work through, the underlying events, relationships, beliefs and fears which may be causing destructive patterns as well as feelings of being stuck, frustrated, lost and empty.
I offer a safe and confidential space for patients to speak with me about their difficulties and develop an understanding of the problems they are experiencing. Areas of specialism include helping people suffering from anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties (difficulty in establishing and maintaining relationships).
