Hi! I'm Jonathan. Together we can look at and work through what's bothering you - this might include feelings of depression, anxiety and/or panic, or issues with how you're thinking and what you're doing. Maybe you're struggling with other aspects of your life, past or present (or worrying about the future). 'Big stuff' or 'small stuff', it's all ok to bring up and may also include include feeling overwhelmed or lost, self-esteem issues, guilt, relationship problems, trauma, sexual abuse, loss and grief, heath concerns and existential worries.
I trained in a 'relational integrative' approach which is an up-to-date blend of effective mainstream therapy styles. I'm a BACP-registered counsellor, trained at an NHS training institute which is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. We focus on exactly what it is you want to look at, confidentially and non-judgementally.
Sessions weekly and mostly over Zoom. I offer face to face sessions in Hythe, Kent. We can have a quick chat to start with and arrange an assessment session (if you choose).
