I am an Integrative Therapist with a grounding in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transaction Analysis, Psychodynamic Theory and Person Centred Therapy. I like to start sessions using a Person Centred approach where we, together, will look to understand what troubles you; the help that you seek and set realistic goals to achieve that. I retrained as a Therapist after many years in corporate life and I like to think that my mid stage of life and varied career background helps me genuinely empathise with the wide range of difficulties that modern life can bring us all.
