My approach is attentive, calm and transparent, always led by you and your agenda as we unpack the difficulties you are facing. Ultimately, I see our working together as a robust, collaborative dialogue about your situation – a quest we’re on together, through the challenges you’re facing towards a more meaningful life.
I am a humanistic counsellor. Put simply, this means I work with you in a personalised, open and collaborative way, engaging deeply with your internal world. I pay close attention to what you want and help you understand, and perhaps change your relationship with, some of the obstacles that stand in your way.
I have worked therapeutically with diverse client groups aged 18 - 70+ on issues including anxiety, depression, low self-worth, critical voice, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, bereavement, social anxiety, burnout, questions of meaning or purpose and major life transitions (such as illness, career change or parenthood).
