After 30 years professional experience of working in the field of mental health and emotional well-being in the NHS and in various pastoral counselling settings, I have extensive knowledge and understanding of working with a wide range of people at different places on life’s path. Wherever you are on the path of life I offer a comfortable safe space providing support, healing and exploration of needs, anxieties and the things it often feels difficult to say to others.
I endeavour to create open, supportive and honest dialogue with my clients to gain awareness of how they respond to the world around them. This allows them to discover what works well for them and where they may get stuck in unhelpful patterns of response. This increased awareness and growth allows for healthier ways of living and responding.
I offer a sliding scale of fees according to income which I am happy to discuss with you and welcome students and those on reduced income.
