An integrative therapist in private practice in Ealing, West London, W5 and Online. Within a therapeutic relationship, in a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space, we will explore whatever you are going through with empathy and compassion. I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. I work in a client centred way which draws on a variety of perspectives tailored to your needs. I offer 50 minute sessions in English and Brazilian Portuguese on a short-term or ongoing basis. I have a background in teaching, mental health support and complementary therapies.
Focusing on growth and becoming more of who you can be, facilitating the exploration of various topics including but not limited to: the connection between the body and mind; diversity issues which may include culture, race, gender and sexuality; trauma and abuse occurred in childhood or passed down the generations; the transpersonal; loss and grief.
